The ORIGIN of the secret and balance
The author is a serial businessman and a serial franchise , who had spent years trying to help failed and failing franchisees and playing “agony aunt” to them. The reality was they were already trapped and doomed. Whilst I could advise them on how they could have read the “danger signs” before signing up, most were beyond help.
